Blue Crystal is an item dropped by Living Crystal (B) on Lily's Island or in the Frozen Caves. It can also be made by combining 3 Red Crystals and 1 Green Crystal at level 40 Alchemy.
It is used in making B.Goka Skins by combining 1 Goka Skins and 5 Blue Crystals at level 50 Crafting.
