Orango is a level 1 Gathering resource that can be used to make (T1) Heal Potions using Alchemy. If consumed, it heals 20 HP. It can be purchased from Mark in Aracia for 61 Coins each and is dropped by Giant Worms in Mindos Cave.
The best place to gather these is the southwest patch in Aracia and the Bank chest is just north.
