Spikevines are a level 50 Gathering resource found in various locations; see the Locations table below. They are also a possible reward from (T3) Crates.
Two are used in making (T3) Attack Potions along with a Honey Shard at level 40 Alchemy.
The best location to gather these is on Lily's Island in conjunction with other resources, such as Honey Shards and Deadly Nightvines. The nearest bank is in the Old Man's Basement.
